As most of you may know, I just had baby number 2, and packing my hospital bags was so much easier the second time around, I’ll keep it short because I know that if you’re here you want to see what and why and not all the fluff before.

No lol I am not reading your mind, but I was on here also looking through blogs and youtube videos to pack for my first baby!

So let’s get start, but before. I just want to add this little disclaimer, these are products I’ve used, but I am an amazon affiliate and these are affiliate links. Meaning you don’t get charged extra for using my links, but I do earn a small commission!

1.My Hospital Bag!

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B14Y535Y?ie=UTF8&th=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=crystvlr-20&linkId=c872fae2d86b87e26d6dbd41cc925565&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl

I’m still so in love with it. I love how it looks and how much it fits!

The quality is great for the price, and when finding the link I saw that it was waaaayyy less expensive now.

I don’t need another one. I don’t need another one. I don’t need it! lol

The packing cubes are great to keep everything organized, as well as the laptop compartment even though I didn’t use it.

2. The Portable Charger I used!

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B45LR7VD?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=crystvlr-20&linkId=ad934652d538c86a6f3318bc40a3b8f0&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl

I’m so glad that I got this, with me being alone in the hospital with the baby it was such a life saver.

Also, the outlets were super far from the bed and I practically had the baby latched to the entire time. Every time I ran to the bathroom, there was a whole lot of crying lol

Anyway, lifesaver!

3. These little Toiletry bottles!

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BKQ4RNC6?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=crystvlr-20&linkId=765e26c32ddd6349e23fca9ddd4309aa&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl

Like I mention in my video I didn’t have to use them, but they were great to have especially if you have color treated hair or need a special shampoo/ conditioner! And they’re so cute!

4. A thin Robe like this one!

https://www.amazon.com/Hotouch-Womens-Bathrobe-Kimono-Sleepwear/dp/B01MRS51ZX?keywords=thin+black+robe&qid=1687900756&sr=8-2-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&psc=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=crystvlr-20&linkId=2d3c2c9242aaac4269dd88018a74b6ec&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl

I’m one who likes to to wear thin clothes and layer if needed. This way you get hot, you remove a layer and all better!

Also honestly, easy access! For all the latching, and cluster feeding that come with the first few days after birth.

Annnnnddd it just felt better than the hospital gown. Just wearing those things makes me feel sick.

5. This lounge set was perfect for going home!

https://www.amazon.com/Aifer-Jogging-Loungewear-Athletic-Tracksuits/dp/B08SVX8266?crid=2L6LKUDIGPAVP&keywords=baby%2Bblue%2Bshein%2Blounge%2Bset&qid=1687900856&sprefix=baby%2Bblue%2Bshein%2Blounge%2Bset%2Caps%2C142&sr=8-28-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9tdGY&th=1&psc=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=crystvlr-20&linkId=9bf5a9fe7dd531dd350ad65dd00fee58&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl

That is supposing you don’t care being seen in a lounge set lol. I got four sets and I’ve been using them non stop postpartum.

Two months later, and I’m still wearing them they’re cute and comfortable!

6.Flip Flops/ Slides!

https://www.amazon.com/Joomra-Slippers-Massage-Bathroom-Platform/dp/B0B55SNMYT?content-id=amzn1.sym.6cfa532e-9c8f-48d2-87a3-a61547a0d356%3Aamzn1.sym.6cfa532e-9c8f-48d2-87a3-a61547a0d356&crid=11WDZDZM7QOCI&cv_ct_cx=slides&keywords=slides&pd_rd_i=B0B55SNMYT&pd_rd_r=5596eab6-6670-4f46-be5c-1667c894a31e&pd_rd_w=9jNuY&pd_rd_wg=B7oIK&pf_rd_p=6cfa532e-9c8f-48d2-87a3-a61547a0d356&pf_rd_r=QDHYD3NW4PTMM55PGACA&qid=1687901016&sbo=RZvfv%2F%2FHxDF%2BO5021pAnSA%3D%3D&sprefix=slides%2Caps%2C151&sr=1-1-5190daf0-67e3-427c-bea6-c72c1df98776&linkCode=ll1&tag=crystvlr-20&linkId=dc673f7404e8814b9dc434fe83a9f275&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl

I took my flip flops, which I’m glad. Like I said I was really hot in there, so I didn’t wear the socks they gave me.

So some cheap ones like these that you wouldn’t mind messing up. Are there expensive ones? Idk I’m cheap lol

Honestly, I think If I would’ve taken my slides my feet would’ve been too swollen to fit lol

7.Always Postpartum Underwear

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08VCJS1MX?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=crystvlr-20&linkId=500951d8d7a34580d33763e973deef22&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl

Okay theessee, these were great! I loved the peach colored ones I used with my first daughter.

But these felt as sexy/ not gross as you can get those first few days post partum.

There was just enough for the first week or so when your flow is super heavy.

Hands down a must have!

8.These Footie PJs and Baby Onsies

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MREMXH7?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=crystvlr-20&linkId=25674a6347ce745de99e2b85f48dd06f&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl

He pooed through the first onesie lol it was fun. So it was nice to have the backups, and the PJs for going home.

I’m so glad that I got 3 months sizes and no newborn sizes because he was 9lbs 6oz. No wonder I was so out of breath in the video lol

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZPPXTVB?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=crystvlr-20&linkId=9561143f2fc85e003895b2fa930a60fd&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl

9. These Swaddles

https://www.amazon.com/4-Pack-Muslin-Swaddle-Blankets-Girls/dp/B09ZXN69NH?crid=4R8FGDEFKX0M&keywords=muslin+swaddle+blankets&qid=1687909664&s=home-garden&sprefix=muslin+swad%2Cgarden%2C141&sr=1-1-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&psc=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=crystvlr-20&linkId=3d427bb93409e4b66194c166fdf4548f&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl

They are awesome because they’re so big and thin, and honestly babies get a lot warmer than you’d think!

I love how big and soft they are.

I have big babies, so those little ones always come loose when they squirm. Which they do A LOT!

10. These Velcro Swaddles

https://www.amazon.com/Organic-Baby-Swaddle-Wrap-Blankets/dp/B08MDYFTS1?crid=SLZ0CIVSKQFJ&keywords=velcro%2Bswaddles&qid=1687909848&sprefix=velcro%2Bswaddles%2Caps%2C153&sr=8-2-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&th=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=crystvlr-20&linkId=89f466940357543db8d19aaceda6f29d&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl

He loves these, he loves how tight you can make them. And I feel secure that he won’t unswaddle himself and suffocate.

Two months later, I’m still using and loving these!

I like how thin the others are for day naps, but for at night when I want to sleep also these are key.

I personally feel these are safer because they can’t squirm out and cover their face.
